  • Aquaculture Laboratory: Design and established a new laboratory at NIO, Goa with continuous circulating seawater system.
  • Re-circulating seawater system: Design and established a unique type seawater system to rear marine animals.
  • Non-destructive extraction of blood:  Develop a technique to remove the blood from the horseshoe crab without affecting its normal life.
  • Artificial Insemination: Developed a technique of inducing spawning in horseshoe crab by electrical stimulus.
  • Ploidy induction: Developed a technique of ploidy induction by giving heat shocks in fishes.
  • Shrimp Hatchery: Design and established a pilot shrimp hatchery at NIO, Goa.
