working in Goa only. This is based on annual membership subscription
per entitlement of borrowing and a caution deposit. The users
are governed by normal rules and regulations concerning borrowing.
database of abstracts on Indian Ocean literature is compiled
and updated every year. There are over 34000 records so far
on this database and each item listed in the database is available
in this library. The database can be used over CD at academic
and research organisations for a annual membership fee. The
member can provide a document which is not listed in the database
and entitle for equivalent discounts on next year's renewal
of membership. Trial search on this database is available
here (retrieves latest 25 records).
